Billing questions

Billing support depends on the product, plan, and organization. Use a support ticket for payment-method changes, plan questions, invoices, subscription status, and account-specific billing review.

Account access

  • For login issues, include the email address on the account.
  • For organization access, include the organization name and the role you expected.
  • For API keys, include the surface you are trying to access and whether the key is public, contractor-scoped, or admin-scoped.

Do not send secrets

Never paste full API keys, OAuth tokens, passwords, or card details into support messages. Share prefixes, screenshots with secrets hidden, or the account context instead.
