What does Beta mean?
Storefront Pro is new. Everything on this page works today, and we are still adding to it.
How do customers pay?
By card, through Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account from your Business Center and payments go to you. Boatwork keeps $5.99 per payment, and Stripe’s card fees apply.
Do I have to confirm every booking?
You choose. Bookings can confirm on their own, or come in as requests: the customer’s card is held and only charged when you confirm.
What if a customer cancels?
You pick a refund policy for your storefront, and customers see it before they book.
Why do more specialties matter?
Each specialty is a search boat owners can find you in, like bottom painting or marine electronics. Your free storefront lists up to 6. Storefront Pro lists up to 10, so you get found more often.
Do Presence and Growth include Storefront Pro?
Yes. Each package includes everything before it, so Presence and Growth include everything in Storefront Pro.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Storefront Pro is month to month, and your free storefront stays live.
