Watermakers

Beyond manufacturing, Watermakers operates a marine service department staffed by certified technicians trained in the complexities of onboard systems. Their marine plumbing and sanitation services address the specialized needs of boat owners in Fort Lauderdale, Dania Beach, Hollywood, and neighboring coastal communities. The team handles emergency repairs, scheduled maintenance, system troubleshooting, and full installations across various vessel types. This hands-on service experience informs their product development, creating a feedback loop between manufacturing and real-world marine applications.

The Fort Lauderdale location positions the business at the center of one of the nation's densest concentrations of recreational and commercial vessels. Proximity to major yacht facilities and the Intracoastal Waterway enables responsive service for clients throughout Broward County. Their technicians understand the urgency of marine repairs—particularly plumbing and watermaker failures that can end a cruise or charter season prematurely—and maintain the parts inventory and technical knowledge necessary for efficient repairs on diverse equipment brands, not just their own manufactured systems.

After-sale support distinguishes Watermakers from equipment-only suppliers in the marine water purification sector. The family-run operation maintains long-term relationships with yacht captains, fleet managers, and individual boat owners who rely on consistent access to technical expertise. Their service reputation extends beyond South Florida, supported by a dealer network and the company's willingness to provide remote troubleshooting guidance for systems installed on vessels traveling outside their immediate service radius.

As marine systems grow increasingly complex and boat owners demand greater self-sufficiency for extended cruising, businesses offering both proven manufacturing expertise and hands-on technical service occupy a valuable position in the Fort Lauderdale marine industry ecosystem.
